Motion Blur on photos
When taking photographs, motion blur is generated by moving objects. Whether it may be moving cars or people, motion blur adds a layer of movement to a photograph, which is by definition a capture of a single moment. The blurrier the object, the faster the movement; motion blur indicates speed to the viewer, it's a way to depict movement in photographs.
Shorter exposure times prevent motion blur. The shorter the exposure time, the less likely it is for motion blut to appear on a photograph. Longer exposure times make motion blur appear in pictures. Thanks to digital editing, motion blur can be added to photos after taking them.
